Step 1: Run the bath.
Add the gorgeous Epsom detox salts with essential oils or Epsom bath ball on alternate nights. Allow the salts to dissolve for 20 minutes. We suggest closing the door to allow the essential oils to completely fill the air.
Step 2: Dry Brush (what’s the rush?).
While waiting for your bath to cool and salts dissolve now is the perfect time to exfoliate and stimulate your skin. Dry brushing is a type of Ayurvedic medicine that has been around for centuries. It really stimulates the lymphatic system and removes dead skin cells to allow toxins to be eliminated through the pores. Start at the feet in the direction of your heart and continue working over the entire body, especially where the lymph nodes are. Note always do this on dry skin.
Step 3: Light your candle and dim those lights.

Step 4: Breath DEEP!
While bathing don’t forget to take advantage of all those gorgeous essential oils, breath deep, really deep, don’t forget stomach out when breathing in, release and repeat. Nothing calms you quite like breathing deeply, especially in a room full of essential oils! Yum!
Step 5: So hopefully now there is only one place you want to go and that is to bed.
