If you wish to return an unwanted item, you may do so once you notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order.

- The item must be in its original condition, with the packaging completely intact and suitable for resale.
- Postage cannot be refunded.
- To return an item to us, packaging must be paid for by the customer.
*If the item has arrived damaged, damages must be reported immediately (no later than 24 hours after receipt).
*Proof of damage will be required. Please send photos of both the outer packaging box and the product with your claim.
We reserve the right to refuse returns or to charge you for our reasonable cost if the product is received otherwise than in accordance with these requirements.
You are responsible to pay the cost of returning the goods and must ensure that it is returned in protective packaging. Refunds will be applied to the original method of payment that was used to purchase the item. (customised) items
